About Laurent Winnock's Cinciarella
Cinciarella means blue tit in Italian. This was the favorite bird of my beautiful wife who passed away in 2023. The Italian translation refers to my Italian origins at mother’s side.
The blue tit is known for its agility and adaptability. It can quickly understand its surroundings and adapt to changing conditions. The blue tit reminds us that we are resilient and can overcome setbacks. It invites us to be open to new possibilities and to trust our own inner compass during turbulent times. With La Cinciarella, I want to bring this resilience through my communication and reputation expertise for leaders and organizations facing challenging transformations.
Who am I?
A seasoned senior executive with 25 years of expertise in strategic communication, reputation & brand management, and corporate identity working for CEOs, Board Presidents to Deputy-Prime Ministers. My extensive experience includes leading communications, branding, and marketing efforts at major organizations like ING, bpost group, and AXA. Known for my ability to drive sustainable business outcomes, I have successfully rebranded companies, elevated their reputation, and optimized communication strategies to achieve significant ROI.
